HOW TO WORK WITH US
After your website is published, you have 14-days of free website support. This time is used to ensure there are no lingering website updates, revisions or domain indexes that need to be finalized.
Post Website Support
Prior to any website going live, it goes through a series of website checks. Your website developer has a 92-point checklist she review for accuracy and efficiency. In addition, your Client Success Manager reviews your website for content and brand guidelines. We do one more SEO check for any technical errors before sending over the final link for approval and publishing.
Your Website Goes Live!
All communication is tracked through the dedicated Client Portal for your project. Your Client Success Manager will communicate all progress and approvals through video recordings, Google Links and timeline updates. You will have two main meetings: your initial website review for feedback and revisions and your final website review for approval to go live.
Approval Process
The average website build takes between four - six weeks (or 1 day!) depending on the level of revisions. This timeline begins after the kickoff call is finished. The initial website review is scheduled 2-3 weeks after the kickoff call to ensure that the first, completed version of the website is approved and we review any revisions.

After receiving the onboarding document, fully completed back, the onboarding kickoff call is schedule. This call is designed to ensure all documents are valid, all permissions are granted and the marketing strategy is confirmed. After this meeting, the timeline begins!

Shortly after you have submitted your accepted contract, we will send you your website, branding or marketing onboarding paperwork. This is a very important step. Please make sure to fully complete this form and return. Our timeline doesn't start until we receive this document back.

In order to move forward, please accept the proposal by signing the contract, funding the initial payment and selecting your follow-up meeting on the last page! Congratulations, you are now one of our deeply treasured clients.

If we decide to move forward after the initial consultation call, you will receive a website or marketing proposal no later than 24-hours after your initial consultation call. This will have all the information on pricing, scope of work, terms and timeline.

Your initial website consultation call lasts between 30-45 minutes. During this call, we have an open and friendly chat to learn more about your business, your specific needs and to make sure we are the best possible fit in both skills and personality!
