- **Full Custom Websites:** $5,995 (12-month interest-free financing available)
- **Microsite Service:** $2,495 (quick-launch option for early-stage entrepreneurs)
- **Website Revision Packages:** Pricing provided upon consultation based on scope of work
- Quick Fix: Minor updates (48-hour turnaround)
- Power Revision: Moderate changes (48-hour turnaround)
- Full Refresh: Major updates (48-hour turnaround)
- **Website Strategy Power Hour:** $250 (audit, action plan, implementation strategies)
- **Luxury Website Maintenance:** $197-$297/month (updates, security, backups, tech support)
### 2.2 SEO Services
- **Monthly SEO Services:** $597-$997/month based on scope and requirements
- Services include keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and performance monitoring
### 2.3 Digital Products & Courses
- **First $10K Month Blueprint Course:** Pricing and terms provided at enrollment
- **Showit Templates:** Various pricing for luxury templates targeting wedding industry professionals and service-based female entrepreneurs

## 3. PAYMENT TERMS
### 3.1 In-House Payment Plans
- **Payment Plans:** All payment plans are managed in-house by Petal & Bloom Tech Marketing
- **Equal Monthly Payments:** All payments are divided equally across the agreed payment term
- **No Initial Deposit:** Projects begin after first monthly payment is received
- **Project Commencement:** Work begins upon receipt of first payment and all required client materials
### 3.2 Website Design Services Payment Structure
- **Full Custom Websites:** 12 equal monthly payments of $499.58 (interest-free)
- **Microsite Service:** Payment plan options available upon consultation
- **Revision Packages:** Payment due upfront before work begins
- **Strategy Power Hour:** Payment due at time of booking
- **Maintenance Packages:** Monthly recurring billing
### 3.3 SEO Services Payment Structure
- **Monthly SEO Services:** Recurring monthly billing ranging $597-$997/month
- First month payment due before service commencement
- Ongoing monthly payments due on the same date each month
### 3.4 Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers
- All payments are processed securely through our payment system
- Automatic recurring payments required for payment plans and monthly services
### 3.5 Default and Collections
- **Payment Default:** Failure to make payment within 10 days of due date constitutes default
- **Third-Party Processing:** Defaulted accounts will be transferred to our third-party payment provider for collection efforts
- **Collections:** Accounts remaining in default may be sent to collections agencies
- **Additional Fees:** Client responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and interest charges on defaulted accounts
- **Service Suspension:** Services will be suspended immediately upon payment default
### 3.6 Refund Policy
- **Website Services:** Non-refundable after work has commenced (design phase begins)
- **SEO Services:** 30-day notice required for cancellation, no refunds for current month services
- **Strategy Power Hour:** Non-refundable once session is completed
- **Digital Products/Courses:** 30-day money-back guarantee if no results achieved following our proven framework

## 4. PROJECT TIMELINE & DELIVERY

- Timelines begin upon receipt of first payment and all required materials from client

## 5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
### 5.1 Content & Materials
- Client must provide all required content, images, and brand materials within agreed timeframes
- Client is responsible for obtaining proper licensing/rights for all provided materials
- Professional brand photos and finalized copy should be prepared before project commencement
### 5.2 Communication & Feedback
- Client must respond to requests for feedback within 5 business days
- Failure to respond may result in project delays or additional charges
- All communication should go through designated project channels (email, Slack, Asana)
### 5.3 Technical Requirements
- Client must provide access to hosting, domain, and any third-party accounts as needed
- Client is responsible for maintaining current backups of existing websites before redesign
- For SEO services, client must provide website access and any required third-party account access
### 5.4 Payment Obligations
- Client must maintain current payment status throughout project duration
- Automatic payment authorization required for payment plans
- Client responsible for notifying us of any payment method changes

## 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
### 6.1 Ownership
- Upon final payment, client owns the completed website and its content
- Client retains ownership of all provided content, images, and brand materials
- Petal & Bloom retains rights to design methodologies, processes, and proprietary frameworks
### 6.2 Portfolio Usage
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Client information will be kept confidential unless permission is granted for testimonials/case studies
### 6.3 Third-Party Assets
- Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used are licensed appropriately
- Client is responsible for ongoing licensing fees for premium assets if applicable

- Legacy browser support not guaranteed
### 8.3 SEO & Performance
